How long did it take you to get pregnant?

Hi all,
I was just wondering how long it took each of you to get pregnant.. My two oldest sisters seemed like they got pregnant right away with both of there kids.. My other sister and I seem to be taking longer to get pregnant.. She has been trying since last August and still no pregnancy.. I've just started to try beginning of January and got 2 disappointments when AF came.. So I would like to hear how long it took you to get pregnant?

I tried for 11 years on and off w/ my x-husband and never conceived--- neither of us had any problems--- we saw fertility specialists.  I got preg. the VERY FIRST time I slept with a man in June... I ended up m/c at 7 1/2 weeks.  Then got preg. again w/out trying 3 mos later with the same man!!  I keep tellinghim he must have "super sperm"...LOL...  I am now almost 26 weeks!!  YEAH!!!!  Been a very rough preg. but the baby is doing well!

I took me 1 time and I really watched the signs of ovulation and knowing about the changes in my body, I'm almost 7 weeks.  Good luck to you and lot's of baby dust.

2 months with 1st baby.
9 months with 2nd pregnancy (m/c)
1 month with 3rd pregnancy.

Currently TTC baby #3! We've only tried one month and I think I'm pregnant, but not sure yet.

It took a total 3 years with a loss at 21 weeks in between, baby stopped growing at 17 weeks.  Now 33 weeks baby is healthy. Thank goodness.  Testing is usually suggested if you are 35 or older.  but i'm sure you can rquest it if you want  ~d

I'm so sorry about the trimsomy 13 diagnosis.  Do all pregnancies go through the blood tests to diagnosis this these days?  I had a friend who was pregnant, had all the tests done, etc, and gave birth to a baby with trimsomy 13.  I thought those usually got detected during pregnancy.

i got pregnant first try- never had to have the experince of getting the dreaded AF, but at 19 weeks they "interrupted" my pregnancy due to trisomy 13.
I am so scared about trying again

Before I met my Fiance' I had only been pregnant once, and that was 7 years ago, that pregnancy ended in a miscarriage.  So, technically it took me meeting the right man to do the job to get pregnant.  =)

I got pregnant twice.. both were unplanned and was suprised... So I guess I have been lucky not having to count days or months...

The first time it took 2  and a half years the second 8 months and the third 4 months  The first 2 ended in MC and I lost one baby this pregnancy but am still carrying 2 healthy babies

It only took me 2 months....but I ended up M/C at 13 weeks and now we're TTC again. If I don't end up Pregnant this month it'll be 3 months we're been trying.

To be honest for the last 2 years its been about 3 months in between pregnancies for me. I have had 3-4 losses, but this one is going fine. 18 weeks 5 days today, just found out its a little girl.
Doctor said that we were very fertile to get pregnant like that, and I even had a pattern of what months I would always fall pregnant.
If you are trying though, take straight folic acid 400 mcg and buy some pre-natels. It really does help to have it in your system.

i've been trying for almost a year now. my period has been very irregular though. it's just now in the past 2 or 3 months gotten back to normal. i think b/c i started taking vitamins. it varies from woman to woman. some ppl start trying and are preggers in 1 month, others it may take a little longer. good luck on your quest to conceive! lots of baby dust to you!
