How to raise labor hormones??

Went to my midwife yesterday, she's told me my lil boy has been sat waiting to come he's ready to make an entrance. But as I'm worrying about pain and sleepless nights and stressing Etc my adrenaline is very high which is making my body stop him from coming. She said I need to get my labor hormones up. How can I do this?

Thanks lady for ur advice. I had a little walk yesterday and then sat and read some of my fav magazines yesterday :) never felt so chilled in such a long time! Weird thing is I woke up feeling just naturally relaxed. Lets hope today is just as relaxing !

Yes you have to relax read a book take a walk to clear your mind. Or just think God Gabe me this blessing so therefore I have no worries.

Apparently there's this certain hormone that gets produced so that your contractions start. Oxy something :s but my body isn't letting it rise as I got a lot of adrenaline.
