Congradulations!!! As for the asprin, do not take it...the other gals on here are right, pretty much the only pain reliever you can take is tylenol...however in certain situations if you have significant pain, the doctor will give you vicodin, or percocet, but not for any extended periods of time. Only for a little bit. Asprin is a blood thinner, therefore very risky especially in the first trimester, becuase that's when the risk of miscarriage is the highest. If you are on asprin therapy for cardiovascular problems, then your doctor may continue your asprin, but just to be safe, I would definately recommend not taking it until you visit your physician. Good luck to you, and if you have not already, go see your doctor asap....

omg wow, that's a huge gap... Did you think you were going through menopause? it has happened to someone I know, about the same age and she has a healthy 2 year old now.. Hope all goes well for you
WOW... what did your son say about it? Good luck.
Don't take aspirin, it may lead to pregnancy complications. Don't take the risk, in particular as your pregnancy is somewhat of a miracle. Good on you.
Did you take a pregnancy test? You need to make sure via a pregnancy test (preferably a blood test) and sonogram.
Tylenol is the only safe pain reliever and baby aspirin shouldn't be taken without your doctor's permission.
Congrats on your pregnancy that is amazing :) I was told by my obgyn that it is safe to take baby tylenol and regular tylenol but nothing other than that. Hope that helps :)
Congrats!! See my comment on your other post.
Tylenol is safe. not sure about aspirin. Has your pregnancy been confirmed by another Doctor or test?
