I was the same way to the point i landed myself in the hospital. My doctor put me on two different nausea pills and they have worked like a charm.  Ask your doctor about ondansetron or metoclopramide.

Well I would eat crackers when I felt worse, but yogurt, apples, carrots, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, anything simple and dry really that when I'd think about eating it, it would not gross me out. I tried resting as much as I could also. I didnt do chores until I felt better around month 3 or 4. I hope you feel better soon.

I believe they were under $10. Totally worth it. I just checked Amazon and they are $6.49. Definitely give it a shot. I wouldn't have been able to work if I didn't have them. I hope they help!

I didn't throw up but I did have strong nausea. I noticed that eating every hour and drinking a lot of water helped me not to get so nauseous.

My fiancé bought me seabands from CVS. you wear them and it focuses on your pressure points for nausea. They worked great for me.
