i am so sorry you are going through this....what did your doc say? did they recommend bedrest? 3 weeks is a long time to wait and if i were in your shoes i would be worried too....
i hope all goes well and those babies hang in there
yes he admitted me to the hospital for bedrest so the ywins can be monitored
i meant twins and he also started me on steroid injections to help the babies
The cerclage and bedrest are your best options. Sorry to hear your going through this I know how scarry it can be. Good luck.
It i very scarry and my husband wont be by my side for another 2 weeks at least. So i am by myself and it is not fun at all. Becasue if something happens i want him here with me but he cant be.
bedrest and the cerclage are they best things they can to do for you . I was given a shot to prevent perterm labor up until about two weeks ago but tthat was because i had allergic reaction to the shot . I know how scary this all is and i will keep u in my thoughts and prayers wishing u the best of luck. I would also ask the why they are making u wait i know someone who had a cerclage done at 12 wks but again they didnt find my cervix issue until 20 wks and by the they werent going to be able to do it and i have had to spend the past 13 wks on complete bedrest granted i get to be home on bedrest again good luck to you
jesse
the drs just came in and they decided they were goign to go ahead and do the cerclage and continue the steroid injections. Still looking at 6 to 8 weeks of monitored hospital bed rest
I just read this post bellasmom2011 and it made me feel sad :( I'm so sorry you have to go thru this. I was in the hospital last week all week due to having pnemonia and each day I got more and more depressed becsause I would spend all day alone so I know that feeling. Just know that u can talk to me if u need to . I'm here . As for not having your husband with you I pray he can make it home to u asap so u can feel more comfort . Ill keep u in my thoughts and prayers :)
I hope he makes it home safe to because he is finishing his 2nd tour over seas he is in the military
