Inverted nipples
How early/long do you have to wear the shields if your nipples are inverted & you want to breast feed?
I was under the impression you only had to wear them for a little while just to 'correct' them. Did they help you any?
I was able to nurse fine as long as i used them...i tried over the course of nursing to transition out of then and i couldnt get the baby to latch on unless i used them. i dont even have "inverted" nipples (according to the lactation ladies)...mine just dont stick way out. i got used to using them...i heard horror stories about chapped nipples and sores...i never had that problem :)
