Is labor soon??!?!

I am 38 weeks 1 day and for the last day or so my back pain has become excruciating but I'm not sure if it's really contractions seeing as though it's CONSTANT it'll be in my lower back and radiates up to the middle of my back. My stomach gets hard ever so often and it's become very tiring to even breath now my vagina is super sore also. I've also had horrible diaarreah all day to the point where it'll pour right out of me. I lost my plug last week and I'm 1 cm dilated at 75% effaced as of last Tuesday. Should I head to l&d is this early labor? Or how soon is labor going to be here ?!

I'm going to try and tough it out a little longer! It hurts to do anything walk... Stand up... Sit.. Lay down it's like a throbbing pain it's horrible !!! I'll deff keep you ladies updated !!

I am going through the EXACT same stuff and am only 35 weeks today so keep us updated if it is labor cuz I'd like to know just in case I am going pre term. Good luck mama!
