I been having stomach cramps, tired, vomiting and feeling sick. I have one child and I don't have this problem when I have her. The first day I got my period I been sick like crazy. Illness can really affect your cycles, so that could most likely be the cause. If you've been having unprotected sex it would be wise to take a pregnancy test just to make sure. A doctor will always ask you to do this first, so better to rule that out. I would see your doctor since you're running a fever, though. Could be an infection or something.

beings theres a fever it could be a pelvic infection.the only way to know for sure is go to your obgyn.r u could be pregnant but the fever makes me think its a infection going on.i would go to a doctor and get checked out just to be sure.
