Ive got that fuzzy feeling

OK, I know its normal to feel a little light headed and dizzy while pregnant.  However I'm almost 8 wks and I'm feeling so bad. Sometimes while sitting and eating I feel so fuzzy that I don't know if I'll pass out or barf. It also happens when I'm just walking around. Does anyone else get this? I've put a call in to my doc but probably wont hear back til next week.

A friend had mentioned my iron could be low. I'll have it checked. I'm pretty good about eating meals and snacks. Today I had no issues, but it was a lazy rainy day in my house.  My moods have been vicious too. I feel so bad for my hubby.

This has been happening to me too im 8 weeks preg. Its so yuk hey. This is number 3 for me and my weakness and dizzy nauseous moments are because I get low in iron. Try taking some iron supplements the doc can check your iron levels with a blood test. Hope I helped

How often do you eat? It's possible it's low blood sugar. When pregnant, you should eat 3 large meals or 6 small meals a day, as well as snacks. Overall you should be getting about 500 extra calories a day.

Do you have anything else happen when this does? Like shakey, weak/tired, nauseated, etc.
