Labor story

I'm still in shock to have my little sunshine in my arms & not in the comfort of my stomach which I have gotten used to for 9 month's. Anyways my due date was February 15, 2015 so it was unexpected in a good way. So yesterday January 30th which was my birthday also :), well I woke up wet which I had tought I had pee & didn't feel it so I call my mom in concern because at the sametime it didn't smell or felt like pee because I always feel my bladder & I am more of a deep sleeper. So she ask me that if it wasnt alot of water to not panic because it wasnt my water, I think it was my mucus plug & alot of it because it was think and it look like bugers. So she advice me to wait and see how my contractions are it was kind of hard because when I couldn't stand the contractions I couldn't see how far they where from eachother l, since last Wednesday I had went to the hospital & was sent home the sameday because I wasn't dialeted enough. So I thought probably it was braxton hicks, so I decided to wait till my pains got unbearable. Since everything happen by 4:00am I woke up at 6:09am to use the restroom once I almost got to the door I notice that I was leaking water then suddenly a gush of water that I couldn't control came out & I knew my water broke. I woke up my partner & he woke up my in-laws & siblings, they where exited for my son to be with us. So as my mother-inlaw and 2 of my sis in-laws came with us to the hospital which boyfriend was exited and nervous than me I was more in shock & wasn't feeling any pain at all which I thought probably I pee and my water didn't break so they going to send me home again, but when the nurse check me she told me that my water definately had broken so they where going to sent me to labor so from 6:27am till 7:00pm I was blessed with my beautiful gift of a son, 7 pounds & 21 inches ♥

Congratulations. January 30th is my birthday too. I wished my little princess came yesterday too. Am so happy for u. May God protect u and little prince and give u the strength for the coming years.

Awww how beautiful! Congrats lovely. My mom thought the same thing when her water broke. She thought she was peeing on herself and kept going back to sleep. She finally went to the hospital around 11am that morning and had my little briefer at 12:12pm. But she didn't know her water broke because her water didn't break when she had me.
