Lactation

I have a 4month old baby and is currently working. I havne't been pumping as much as I should specially cause sometimes my schedule is really demanding. My milk supply is decreasing and even though I supplement my baby with formula I want to still give him breast milk. After the milk supply has decreased can I or I mean how can I get it back up, and is it possible?

you can make it go back up by consistantly pumping ur milk is made on supply and demand so if u pump and nurse consistantly it will raise back up dont get discouraged it takes a bit to get it goin good again but it works. milk thistle i believe helps to its a vitamin

I personally never had a problem with supply so I cant help with that, but I know on the breastfeeding forum some mums have great suggestions on that. You might want to post there.
