Thanks ladies... I had doctors appointment yesterday nd my doctor told me drink a cup of water right before I go to bed nd exercise the legs that's cramping! So maybe try that guys...

Ugh leg cramps r the worst... in one night I had 5 leg cramps. Hurt so bad I was crying all night... still get them every now and then

Mine started doing that. My mom said that we could be favoring a certain side when walking/standing so the opposite side is compensating. But who knows. I've been getting Charlie horses too. Could be hormones. :)
