Little rant! & Self inducing?

So I am currently 39+5, I am dilated at 3 and a half, and 80% effaced. My son is already measuring at 42", 39 weeks and is weighing basically 9 lbs. He's been trying to come since 27 wks (went into preterm labor). The thing is, I am not contracting at all. I am, however, having horrible horrible 'back labor'. My mother and grandmother both went into labor this way (no contractions; just the back pain). My doctor and I do not agree on things.. She is hell bent determined to keep him past my due date, March 3rd. The only way she will admit me is if my contractions are 5 minutes apart for an hour or my water breaks or there's bleeding. Which none of those things are happening! My back pain, however, is killing me. I've gotten maybe a total of 6 hours of sleep in the past 3 days, and the pain gets so intense it literally makes me vomit.. My doctor basically told me to take some Tylenol and suck it up.. If I wasn't so far into my pregnancy, I would change doctors.

So my question is : is there any way to make my contractions start? I've already lost my mucus plug, and he is dropped and positioned. We are both ready! Just need a little tiny push. I've heard about castor oil? But everyone says talk to my doctor first, which she would say no. :/ and it'll make me deathly ill if he isn't ready to come..
Has anyone else tried any home remedies? I've walked and walked and walked. We've had sex, I've bounced on the corner of the bed. Nothing is working. It's time for him to get out!

Sorry for the long post, I'm just tired and freaking out.

I think nipple stimulation has been the only actual proven method so far.

Ive heard nipple stimulation is meant to work well, never tried it myself but apparently takes a couple of hours doing it.

A baby has died from castor oil, I wouldn't do that. Honestly just keep walking as much as you can, there's a reason they have you do it at the hospital. Good luck.!

You don't need to consult your doctor about castor oil. Many mothers do it because they are in the exact situation you are in. There are risks with taking castor oil though. Diarrhea, vomiting and dehydration. You meed to weigh up your options and decide if it's worth taking. Also primrose capsules can help. You buy them in pill for and insert them into the vagina. AND milk and oj is another labour starter apparently
