Miscarriage?

Is it possible to have a miscarriage and not know it?

Yes it is possible this happened to me six months ago and had no signs at my first doctor appointment they told me I was 14 weeks but I had miscarried at 12 weeks with no signs it was devastating I'm now 9 weeks and praying for the best

Yes it's possible. This happened to me a little over 2 years ago. I had no signs that anything had gone wrong. I went in for my 12 week sono and found out that the baby had died at almost 10 weeks. I had to have a D & C to have the fetus removed since I never miscarried on my own.

Yes. The babies heart can stop and you either won't bleed, or won't bleed for WEEKS later until your body has recognized it. Sometimes symptoms will carry on for a few weeks, and sometimes you will feel absolutely normal like you aren't pregnant.

Yes, it is called a missed miscarriage. Your body still thinks its pregnant and still secretes pregnancy hormones but the baby stops growing. I don't have much info on it but you can always google missed miscarriage and look for a reliable article.

I'd say if anything within the 1st trimester to where your body is still able to absorb the zygote/ fetus so you don't really see much of anything and think your period was just late.

Almost every women will havr a miscarriage at some point in their life. And will simply think its a period. Its very natural.
