it varies women to women. with some women it could be high for about 2-4 weeks then it could be not too high but the cervix could feel soft and squishy feeling. it also changes through out the day too. sorry TMI but when i check my self in the mornings it feels alittle high but not too much and then in the after noon i feel it again and its like in the middle then at night before i go to bed its about the same or its alittle lower. so its normal that your cervix changes/fluctuate through out the day too. even some days like if my lil girl kicks alot through out the day it seems like my cervix comes down alittle low and at night its like in the middle. and so its all normal what your experiencing.=) your going to be okay sweetie, just try not to worry too much, i know its hard because of last time but look at it this way your 1 week and a few days passed your last m/c=) i know it has to be hard but i just know this lil baby is going to be a fighter=)) =P
