My real due date

So if my last period was Dec 11th and I only had sex the 19th of dec and the 1st and 3rd of Jan is it safe to say that my due date is off a little and that i'll deliver either a little earlier or little later than the predicted due date?

Well i'll take that then.  I love my baby but I definitely do not want to go into labor after the projected due date lol.  Thank you both for helping me understand =)

If you enter your LMP with a 28 day cycle into a Ovulation calculator it will give you a projected Ovulation day of Dec 24th. Within the 5-7 days sperm lives.  It will also put your Due Date at Sept 17th.

It's very confusing you are actually two weeks pregnant before you even ovulate.

my due date is the 17th of sept.  All of this is confusing.  So really I'm most likely due a week or 2 later then the 17th?

Like Nickieb85 said they come where there ready.

The Due Date is done by your LMP (last menstrual period) because no one can pin point the exact moment that the egg implants in the uterus and starts to develop.

Sperm can live in the right conditions up to 7 days usually around 5 days. So you could have had sex on the 19th of Dec and egg could have gotten fertilized anywhere from Dec 19-26th. Then it takes usually 5-7 more days to travel and implant in the uterus.

When is your Due date?

IT all really depends on when the baby is ready. Some women can go a week to two past their due dates or even two weeks earlier depending on how fast the baby grows or any complications that can arise. Estimated due dates are just that, an estimation not a guarantee so babies always come when they're ready =)
