I have tried many things to try to improve/stop my morning sickness. I am 10 weeks pregnant.  I usually get sick in the afternoon and evening, and sometimes twice a day. I have tried different prenatal vitamins, and I'm not sure it that has made a difference or not. Friends have told me to drink ginger ale and eat ginger snaps, but I have still gotten sick after having both. I think we just have to wait until our body gets used to the changes in hormone levels. The good news is that morning sickness stops 'for most women' after the first trimester. Even though I feel sick and nauseous, it makes me feel better to know that everything is going well with the pregnancy.  I hope you feel better soon!

my M/S had been hitting around 8pm each night for 3 nights in a row. I dry heaved in the drivethru of a fast food place tonight while getting dinner... it was horrible. I managed a plain cheeseburger and some fries. nothing helps me well..

Well I am 25 weeks and I am still taking Zofran.  With my first son, I had morning sickness until the day I delivered him and it looks like it might be the same with this little man!!!

I wish I had some advice, but sadly I do not. Believe me I still spend plenty of time bowing down to the porcelain gods. I just wanted you to know that you are not alone in your suffering. If it gets to bad ask your doctor about Zofran, it has been a real blessing for me!!!

HI, I know that nausea is definately a pain in the butt! I get it alot, and I have a couple of home remedies that may help....they work on my children as well as myself.  Drinking some ginger ale helps with nausea, also get some 7up or sprite and let it go flat (it sounds gross but it's not too bad) then drink it, it seems to settle your stomach.  Also, if you feel like you are hungry but too nauseous to eat what would help me, is I would drink a glass of milk.  It will put something in your stomach, but you don't have to eat anything quite yet.  After it settles your stomach after a little bit try eating a piece of bread and you shold be alright.  I hope this will help you!  Good luck!
