Need help! im so confused :(

So i am now a week late for my period and i tested this morning and got a BFN! theres no way it can still be too early is it? :( im really confused and i want to be pregnant but i didnt think i wanted it badly enough to make my period late. im not under any stress and theres nothing else i can think of that would make me this late!
Can anyone give me some insight? did anyone have a BFN at a week late and still turn out to be pregnant? Im so confused :(

thank you very much, we have been ttc for over 2 years and this was the first time we actually thought it might have happened! Im so over the heartache :(
we are both just praying that in a week ill test again and we will get out BFP and it will just be because i ovulated late...

TTC can do some wacky things to your cycle. It alone is very exciting and stress induced whether we like to admit it or not. You either are just late in getting your period or it's possible you ovulated later in your cycle. I once had a cycle of like 37 days...it drove me INSANE!
