so im in a bit of a umm not a problem but like toughy, last week my boyfriend promised me he would tell his parents that i was pregnant if i kept taking hi to the doctor visits. i told him if he didnt tell them by saturday (last week) that i wasnt going to be taking him anymore because i dont think its fair that i already told my parents and he hasnt mentioned a thing to his but yet wants to go to all the appointments and i feel like a bad person being at his house knowing im pregnant and looking like i've gained weight and his parents know nothing, i feel like i've betrayed their trust because of him. is it bad of me to not take him to the appointments if he wont man up and tell his parents? i really dont know what to do right now :/

Well they are gonna find out sooner or later, so maybe explain to your BF that you will tell his parents with him to make it easier.  If he wont then explain to him what your feeling, and tell him you will tell his parents out of respect for them.
