i would try heat... and if that doesnt help you can try cold but like i said just be cautious that its not gonna hurt more... ya never know it might not... even a warm bath or shower may feel better... i think tho the key is a really supportive sports bra...
At 22 weeks they finally don't hurt. I used to wear my bra all day for support. They would feel better.
Yes i would say for sure a good bra! both night and day... for me cold made it worse so just use caution if trying anything cold as its gonna make ya perky which may hurt more... im 23 weeks so i was prego in the winter and holy the cold hurts! lol
I hope mine goes away soon! Ill def b investing!
I had this problem too! (21wks now and don't have it anymore) Sleep on a sports bra at night..mine hurt when they hung down like gravity was pulling them down a sports bra helped a lot! Also invest in a good support bra to wear during the day....this will help the muscles in the breast not work so hard to hold them up! Most woman have the tender or sore breast go away after the first trimester is over...mine did! Best of luck dear!
What day? :) nd ill def try!
Unfortunately not much. Try wearing a lightly padded sports bra, and place a cool soft cloth and maybe cooled, covered gel ice packs. Painful nipples and sore breasts is a good sign though. Congrats!
Your due in nov like me :)
Ill def have to.try its kept me in tears
