I am having harsh pains in my right and sometimes both right and left buttocks. Is it normal? It makes it difficult to move or feel comfortable. :(

Ahh my right buttcheek hurts ...weird i thought it was just me lol deff will try the exercise tomorrow..see if it feels better. Then again it doesnt hurt everyday just once in a while

Tried stretching. I can't take tylenol. I'm a high risk and my doctor said no pain medications whatsoever. (Until further notice.)

Do these stretches...
1. Sit on chair. Feet flat on floor.  You dont have to sit all the way back. But its ok if u do.
2. Bring right foot/ankle to left knee and lean your upper body forward.  With your back streight. You should feel your siatic stretch.
3. Repeat on other side

i have that a lot! like all the time. doctor told me its baby hitting my sciatica nerve. :/ its normal but it hurts bad i know how you feel

I have it in my left cheek, I'm pretty sure I pinched a nerve though
