Ashelen is correct. Implantation bleeding is typically described as spotting that lasts 1-2 days - only about 25% of women experience it.
An early period seems more likely. You could test in about a week though since a HPT should register positive if this was implantation bleeding.
Some women say that their implantation bleeding is more than just spotting, but truthfully it is usually very light. There is no flow involved in most implantation bleeding. It MIGHT be, but probably not that close to your period being due. You can wait until your period is due and test, but if you continue to bleed I would just say you had your period early and try again next cycle. Good luck <3 When in doubt...see your doctor :)
