Painful tail bone, bleeding post baby delivery

I am 13 wks post partum and continue to experience odd symptoms. I recently had a bout of bleeding from my rectum, large pressure like I need to go to the toilet but passed only blood. I have had a painful tail bone for some time also. In addition to this I experience pain in my lower abdomin daily. At the moment I have attributed all of this to hemarroids. Should I see a GP for more?
