Ask your OB if you can use a toothpaste for sensitive teeth. I would also call your dentist and tell them how painful it is and see if they can make sure nothing else is going on. I used sensidyne toothpaste during pregnancy and a special floride toothpaste that was Rx only. The sensidyne toothpaste helped SO much

this is also known as pregnancy gingivitis dear.. it usually occurs during pregnancy and is completely cured after you complete your term.. i would suggest continue your medicines for gingivitis and use luke warm saline solution for washing your mouth
I've heard of bleeding and sore gums being a symptom of pregnancy, I've experienced that but nothing like you're talking about. I found this website that may be helpful.
