Placental abruption at 23 weeks

A few days ago I came home from work and notice I was spotting (light pink.) I called the doctor and he told me to go to hospital. After having a stress test te nurse told me the baby heartbeat was at 144 bpm and no signs of contractions. I then went for an US and the doctor came in shortly after and asked if I had any trauma to my stomach. I have not, nor do I smoke, drink, or do drugs. I am nervous that my pregnancy will not follow through and that my baby is going to be born too early or will not survive. Is there anyone that can give me some of their stories of successful delivery?

Are you on bedrest?  If not you should be. I am sorry you are dealing with this. The longer baby stays in there the better.  Best of luck to you.

I have had this but early on in pregnancy, I would def be taking it very easy as rest as much as possible to give the placents the best chance possible of re-attaching itself where it has lifted, good luck
