I laid on my tummy as long as I could ! And I used to eat hot cheetos all the time and drink a coke every once in a while. I also have a cup of coffee n the morning. I have to deal with my two toddlers which are 3 and 18 months old so I need all the energy I can get !! I also love taking warm baths a lot. No infections :)
Eat deli meats
Sleep on my tummy
Eat jalapenos and lots of spice
Clean with my regular cleaning chemicals
Dont take prenatals
Take hot baths
To be fair though, I eat a lot more fruit, drink milk, try to get a little exercise every day, and my doc says all my bloodwork comes back great. Even called me the "perfect little pregnant girl". I figure ill just make things worse on myself if I stress about remembering to do this or thay rather than just going by gut on moderation.
I've been eating deli meats still but not to often and I have a coffee almost every morning and I have a coke zero every now and again too.. I have been craving a McDonald's strawberry thick shake for weeks now but they have soft serve in them and I am so tempted to give in but I'm scared I could hurt bub.. Does anyone on here still have soft serve?
I've had a few sips of wine here and there throughout my pregnancy, nothing extreme, and it probably equals about a full glass for my entire pregnancy. And I had a few sips of champagne on new years. Besides that I've been really good about everything else, except remembering my prenatals. I do remember sometimes though! Dr always says I'm perfect and so is baby!
I worked at a restaurant in my early pregnancy and they sold soft serve..I ate it every shift! My baby girl is healthy! Doctor said it's ok.
I eat cold sandwhiches and don't heat up the meat.
I still lay on my back for up to an hour at a time.
I have soda everyday.
I've ate raw shrimp.
Lol, Goodness gracious. I'm glad we're all women enough to admit of not being "perfect" in our pregnancys. I had sushi right now but the kind with hot Cheetos crushed on the top. Yeah I've had about a wine glass or two in total but my doctor says I'm fine and so is the little one and that it's actually healthy. I haven't taken my prenatals in like a week :( I always forget.
From Hollywood stars to your yoga teacher, it seems that everyone swears by a detox diet. But does it actually work? And is it even healthy? Cardiologist and weight loss expert James Beckerman, MD, weighs in
