with the clearblue test it tells you approximately when you conceived, so if it says 1-2, your doctor will date you 2-3 weeks. if it says 2-3 weeks, your doctor will date you 3-4 weeks.. The instructions explain this as wel.. but it is helpful, because if it says 2-3 weeks, and you know you only had sex two times during that period then it gives you a pretty clear idea when you conceived .. i
Pink up the clear blue digital test. It's a little more expensive but it actually says, Pregnant, Not Pregnant and if you are pregnant, it'll tell you approx how far along. My first test said I was positive, next was negative, next was positive. I didn't know what to think. When I took the clear blue one, it said 2-3 weeks and Pregnant. Very clear and you aren't trying to read faint pink lines. So much better, I'd recommend the digital one to everyone.
Go to peeonastick.com you will actually be able to see other tests (the same brand you used) and see what other people got. I may be the brand. It's a great site to get info from. From what I have read (which is a lot :) ) you are pregnant! any line (within the time) is a line. I think congrats are in order as well!!! I am excited for you. I am 23 too and have been ttc, you are very lucky! :)
Thank you for your thoughts! I have been told that evaporations can be misleading as false positives...but I just don't think that THREE tests would all be evap lines?! Thank you again!
P.S.
The lines were there within the alloted time! 2 minutes...even before 2 minutes!
If your using a pink dye test and getting a positive before ten minutes has passed then id say your pregnant. Blue dye tests are terrible for evap lines so id only use pink. When in doubt go digital!! Use your first morning urine tho. Best of luck and it sounds like a congrats is in order!
I dont know about what it means if the test line is darkening after the alloted test time but I can say if you are getting a line (even faint) after the alloted 3 minis or whatever the test calls for that yes you are most likely pregnant.
