Pregnancy symptoms but 2 neg tests??

Im confused my period is a week late and i have lower back ache abdominal cramping feeling sick when i move around and sore breasts! i have done to home pregnancy tests (both tests were supermarkets own so quite cheap in price) they both came up negative i did them on the night time around 9pm 5 days after my period was due. i still havent got my period. did i test to early? is it possible im pregnant please help? im confused.

ive just come over really emotional too. Is this also another symtom of pregnancy? Also i dont understand why i am only feeling sick when i move around example walking or tunrning im ok when stationary. any help or ideas??

i was only 4 days late when i took both tests and i did them at night there may not have been enough hormone to detect pregnancy i will wait till the weekend i think xx

They say your HCG doubles every 48 hours or something like that. So you could take a test in a day or two.  :)

thanks for your help. my symptoms could just be PMS. what is the recomended waiting time? how long should you wait before taking a test as im only a week late? please reply soon xx

Generic tests work better than the pricey ones, in my opinion. I never could get an accurate reading with the expensive ones. Anyway, you should take a test in three days. You may have done the test wrong. If you drink a ton of water and then go take a test, your test could become negative because you drank so much water it diluted the HCG in your system.

Your urine needs to stay in your system for an hour so that the HCG number goes up. So you either need to test in the morning when you first get up, or you need to hold your pee for an hour. If you still don't get a period or a positive, you see your doctor. You might just be stressed or have a more serious issue.
