yep forgot about caffeine, thanks GA, lol.
also wanted to add to make sure that you make an appointment with your doctor so they can start you on a prenatal care schedule if you haven't already.
Depends on your history...if you've never had any problems then sex is fine during all stages of pregnancy (unless your doctor specifically tells you otherwise), rough sex is not advised. Watch the fish intake and don't take medicine without consulting your doctor. Good Luck
As long as you are having a normal healthy pregnancy intercourse is perfectly fine through all stages of pregnancy. The only precautions would be to eat healthy, keep caffeine intake as low as possible, drink plenty of water, no drugs or alcohol or smoking, don't lift anything TOO heavy, get some moderate excercise and most of all enjoy it :)
During a normal pregnancy that has no complications, sex is not only safe but fun (no contraception needed!) as long as you and your partner are both being faithful. You should always ask your doctor for his recommendations on sex, though, just to be on the safe side. You should make sure that you're drinking enough water, and eating as healthy food as possible. You should be taking prenatal vitamins and avoiding smoke (either first- or second-hand) as well as making sure to abstain from things like drugs and alcohol. If you experience anything like strong painful cramps and/or vaginal bleeding, always consult a doctor.
The best thing to do right now would be to try to avoid stressing, eat healthy, and exercise lightly (walking is fantastic for pregnant women) and just enjoy the little life growing inside of you. Congratulations and good luck for the nine months ahead!!!
