Pregnant and CANT sleep
Hey Ladies....I hope someone can help please. I am 5w along and I cannot sleep at all.....I am up all night and day. I don't think there is anything I can take to help me sleep cuz of the baby. I don't have much caffiene at all and I don't smoke so i am not sure how I can make this insomnia go away. My husband seems to be pretty worried and i am not sure what to do. Is this normal at all. I don't remember this ever happening in my previous pregnancies. Any suggestions?
