Thank you to all the ladies who posted a response.

I am interested in your post though Chellybeans.  So you had a successful twin pregnancy?  I have miscarried twins twice now but have had a singleton successful pregnancy.  Have you ever conceived twins again?

when i was 5 weeks with my twins my progesterone was 29 point something, now i am 38 weeks and nearing delivery. i don't think progesterone is affected by multiples. it was higher in my singleton pregnancy that i lost.

best wishes

I have heard they will naturally be higher in a multiple pregnancy, but they can vary significantly from woman to woman.  I just had my progesterone level checked and it was 72.25 on day 22.  Last month it was 7.58.  So I am wondering the same thing.  Could it be twins.  I haven't got a positive pregnancy test yet though.  Hope this helped a little.
