When did ya'll mommies start producing colostrum ? I'm 31 weeks and I still haven't produced any ?

I am 22 weeks and have been leaking since 21 weeks.

Around 16 weeks but this is mu second baby and midwife says it happens sooner with second. :)

In 20w and 4 days and i just started. My friends are further in their pregnancies and haven't produced it yet. So i guess it just depends on your body

It's just weird because all my friends and family told me they produced early and I'm like I haven't yet
