Questionable Symptoms

Okay so i'm typing this on behalf of my girlfriend since we have some questions pertaining to our sexual practices thus far. The both of us were virgins. The first time around during sexual intercourse we did not use protection but rather the whole "pull and pray" method. 2nd time we did use protection, but abuse of lubrication caused an accident in which the condom came off inside and stuck half way out. There was a decent amount of semen with the condom when we pulled it out and a small mess on the bed itself. This same day was when the following symptoms below started to take affect.
These following symptoms have been ongoing for about 3 days:
Stomach Stretching
Sharp stomach pains
Weak, feeling out of energy
Feeling hungry more often
Spotting blood (2 days of spotting blood)
Couldn't forget the mood swings...
She was taking naproxens for her back (she has had surgery on her back). My dad had taken naproxens in the past and he was experiencing some of these same symptoms (except for the spotting blood obviously). He was feeling abdominal bloating and pains as well, but not so much the stomach stretching. She has now stopped taking these due to the confusing symptoms above. Is the stomach stretching something you would feel 1-2 weeks after, if it were a pregnancy?
In closing statement, could this be a pregnancy, or something else? We have not yet gotten a test since we are waiting for the proper time to get the test (and also since we have no funding in order to get the test).

Well, the first question I have is this...how long ago did these incidents happen? When had she had her period prior to your sexual encounters? Are her periods usually regular? That being said, I have had 4 children, and am currently pregnant with my 5th, and as soon as you clarify these questions I can do my best to help you!
Oh yeah and I forgot the MAIN reason why we came on here to post, girlfriend just now reminded me...
She has hardening of the stomach as well. I was putting pressure on her stomach and it feels hardened. It's not on a centralized location but overall across the lower stomach area.
