Im about 10 weeks. I woke up sick as hell 100.00 fever cant eat feel like my head ways 50 pounds. Need advice please what do I take or do that wont hurt baby

Vomiting/diarrhea?  Or cold like symptoms?
If V&D still persistent after 24hrs go the ER to get hydrated per IV and get checked out.

Cold symptoms drink lots of fluids the key is hydration take Tylenol for fever or other discomforts you can even do Tylenol PM if you need rest. You can also take Benadryl for runny nose / sleep as well.

Try to bring your temp down. Cool shower, wet cloth on your head... take some tylenol, if your fever increases or doesn't go away, then go to the hospital.
