Why no sex after transfer? Without the female having an orgasm is it ok?
If the doctor has directed you to have complete pelvic rest, then listen to the doctor and have complete pelvic rest. Don't try having sex without orgasm, it won't work (there is at least a chance that sex will produce an orgasm no matter what you think now), and besides, it's not complete pelvic rest. If you don't get pregnant from the transfer, do you really want to be kicking yourself and obsessing that all that effort, money, time and energy was wasted because some guy was not satisfied with a hand job?
