I'm just over 29 weeks and am also am having issues with sleep, including restless leg syndrome -- it's awful! Keeps me up, even when I am completely exhausted, arggh! The end result is I'm constantly drowsy/ill-rested.
Ive been told its our bodies way of getting us ready for the baby and when the baby will get up and want to be feed but I usually wake up my fiance that way we both have to be up lol
It's only going to get worse. I'm 34 weeks pregnant and I never get sleep.. bed by 11, up to pee at 1, back to Ned by 2, up at 330, back to bed by 4 , usually up again between 5-6 and depending if I have to go to school that day or not, I'm either up for good after that or I lay in bed til 9 trying to sleep. So if you're complaining now, I dunno how you'll make it thru the rest of your pregnancy. Let alone when your baby is born and you have to get up with them too.
I have had this too. I found it helped to drink a caffeine free tea before bedtime. (Tho it doesn't help with the peeing frequency). I do fall asleep better and am able to sleep longer.

So glad I'm not alone! Wish we could all get some more sleep!
I toss and turn constantly. I have to get up to pee multiple times a night and some nights it's not even tossing and turning it's just sitting wide awake in bed waiting to fall back asleep. Sometimes I feel like I'll never be not tired again lol.
yup. can't sleep thru the night but start yawning about 6:30.
Ive got it bad i thought it was due to the fact my hubbys deployed and figured it was stress or depression it ***** but im glad im not the only one :)
Well biggest issue is that I finally get comfortable and fall asleep around 10:30 then wake uP around 4 or 5 and be wide awake for a couple hours. Then when I do start feeling tired again I can't get comfortable!!
Yes. I've been up every morning about 4-5, and I'm on vacation, so I don't even have to be up from work. I usually doze for a couple of hours if I can, and then get up.
I do this. Fall asleep about 5 up at 10 back asleep around 1 then up at 6 for work. Whe. I am off work and don't have to leave the house I sleep like for hours on end. Like I just slept from 4 30pm to 6am. I only got up for one pee break. Lol.
I'm only 6weeks and my sleeping pattern is also screwed up, I find that if I have a few little naps in the day if I can I feel better for it. I know it may not be the case for all but if my partner is sleeping with me (rarely happens he works nights) I sleep better and baby doesn't hurt so much x
Yep. Pregnancy insomnia. I go to sleep about 9, wake up at 12 for a pee, back to sleep at about 2. Wake back up about 4, back to sleep at 5 then up at 530 for work. Driving me nuts. Im 16 Weeks now and its not going to get any better apparently. Lol. Just rest when you can.
