I have lavender essential oil and if I feel it's going to take a long time to fall asleep, I dab some on (you can also make a spray with it and spray your pillow). Also, make sure your room is cool enough (too warm and you'll become unbearably uncomfortable).

No it not pain at all. i just cant get comfortable and fall asleep. As soon as I get comfortable and feel myself falling asleep i wake up and get in another position. I bought a body pillow and thats not even working.

I am 33 weeks and am having difficulty sleep because my back is sore and its hard to get comfy so I have been sleeping sitting up surrounded in pillows and I find it helps me!

Is there a specific reason you are having trouble sleeping such as back pain?  A specific reason could change the answer.

Congrats! You are almost there :).

Try this:

Massage your feet with baby oil just before sleeping. It might help! Good luck :)
