Is it true that sperm can live in a females body for up to 2 weeks and wait for ovulation to begin?

No, sperm can only survive for 48-72 hours. So t is possible to conceive 2-3 days after sex during ovulation if it is the right time. But 2 weeks is way too long.

No, this is not true. Like the above poster stated, sperm can only live around 2 days (up to 5 in some cases).

This is why, if you're trying to conceive, you have best chances if you intercourse the couple of days leading up to ovulation.

No! sperm cells live inside a woman for up to 48 hours. By 48 hours if it hasn't fertilized any of the female's eggs than the sperm cells die.
