Thanks for the help.
I tend to think that the spotting isn't because of the miscarriage only because I had a miscarriage so soon. I wasn't far along at all. In fact, my period that month just ended up being one week later than it normally would have been. Had I not tested so soon, I wouldn't have even known I was pregnant.
However, today, I was still spotting and then some red blood came. (sorry for the details) So I guess its my period. I have never had spotting before my period before.. ever. Plus, this is also a few days early. I really didn't think that miscarriage would effect it because it was so quick.. like I said, I tested the second I could and within a week, I lost it. Anyway, I guess the red blood means no baby this month. I don't know how we could have missed the ovulation days.. it seems impossible. We barely missed a day.
Hey hun, I am sorry to hear about your loss first of all :( now onto the question. The brown spotting you experienced, could have been your period trying to kickstart itself, though from what you have said your miscarriage was very early and it presented itself just like your preiod, assuming your body is back to normal, the brown spotting could well have been implantation bleeding, this can either be brown or red spotting mixed in with your normal discharge. I really hope this helps even a little, and I also hope that you get your BFP and that all goes well for you this time round, good luck and all the best to you and your hubby :)
The spotting could be from any number of things including an off-period, ovulation spotting, implantation bleeding, vaginal irritation. Test if you don't get what you would consider a normal period by labor day.
After a miscarriage it usually take a couple cycles to become regular again. Unfortunately the spotting could be from either an impending period or implantation. The only way you'll know for sure is wait until around the time you think you would be due and test.
