Swelling in my ankles and feet at 18 weeks??

I'm 18wks 3days with our 5th baby and I have never really gotten swollen until like my 38th week. Well I noticed the other day my feet looked fat and today my mother in law noticed it to but today they look fatter. Should I be worried and call my Dr or is it normal at this point? I've only gained like 13lbs but I look 6months. I don't eat salt but im on my feet from 6am until sometimes 11pm. Im a busy momma. Please just some helpful advice. I don't want to go the hospital and drain 4hours on my weekend off with my family.

every pregnancy is diff so even if you dont have something in previous pregnancies doesnt mean you will never get it with future pregnancies being on your feet so much is the most likely cause but heres an article that can give you a little more insite, hope this helps

It's so weird tho cuz I never had a problem with swelling. Especially not this early. What would my Dr do if I did start showing symptoms of preeclampsia this early?

Start watching your sodium, once you start watching for sodium you'll be shocked at how much you eat without realizing it, it's in everything. My legs and feet have been puffy since about 16 weeks, especially after a long day at work.

try laying down with your feet elevated and drink plenty of water to see if it goes down, if there is no change you should notify your dr because it could be a sign of preclampsia
