TTC, Whats your opinion?

I was just wondering what other people think might be going on, or possibly if you have any answers. heres some background info.

July 28th- Started Period
July 30th- Went to have Paragard switched to Mirena (they do a precautionary pregnancy test, and mine came up positive, I was sent for a blood test)
july 31st- hCG level of 14.5
August 3rd- hCG level of 7.2 (told to come back in 2-3 wks for another blood test)
August 5th-Stopped period
August 16th-20th- Positive OPK
August 21st-Negative OPK
August 22nd-Positive OPK
August 24th-25th Negative OPK

I've been Very exhausted lately, And today (august 29th) i've realized i just dont feel like me, i'm upset i wanna cry about everything, i'm irritated and stressed out for no reason, Plus for the past couple of days my boobs have been hurting more and more. I have an ovulation tracker, If i mark the first positive OPK i should be about 14DPO, But the tracker marked the 23rd as my ovulation day, so it says i'm 7DPO.

I just dont know what to think, i'm supposed to go in monday for my blood test.

Could i be pregnant? when is it going to show up? and which ovulation day do i believe?

i'm all sorts of going in circles in my head. Please help.

If i go based off my First positive OPK, I'd be about 15DPO, If i go by what the Tracker automatically calculated as my 'O' then i'd be about 8DPO. I took a HPT today just to see, It was negative. I'm supposed to have my blood done but i'm afraid to go in too early and it not show up if i am and it just be a waste of blood.

Well, if you are indeed pregnant...your body is probably adjusting from having the birth control, and now being pregnant.

I went have my IUD switched from Paragard to Mirena, After they saw i was pregnant, They removed it and didn't put another one in (for obvious reasons) So i haven't had an IUD in since july 30th.

By the way your subject says you are TTC. Are you using Mirena, or are you TTC?

Your body could be reacting to the change in hormones from Paragard to Mirena.
