I travelled by air from Germany to Canada ... 9 hours plus!!! I was 6 months pregnant.  Then again at 7 months I took a 3 hour flight. All went well.  I suggest you get an isle seat. Incase you have to get up at alot to pee. I also suggest you drink lots of water while in the air. I always had a full glass.  And also, wear tight socks / stockings.  they help with swelling of the feet. thats really important. I forgot to do it on one flight and my feet looked like elephant feet for a few days.  If your flights only an hour it should be a breeze!

Yes, it's very safe.  If you look big get a note from your dr saying when your due date is and that you are safe to fly!  Some airlines won't let women who look like there ready to pop on the plane with out a note from the dr, they don't wan't to deal with delivering babies on the plane.
