Trying not to eat late at night?

I'll be 12wks Sunday yay! I go see my new ob tomorrow &I'm very excited. The nausea has been 10xs better but I still throw up most foods &yellow bile in the am. I start to get hungry around this time. I don't want to gain a huge mess of weight but I need to eat something. If I don't I get horrible hunger pains. Any suggestions on what I can do to not eat so late? Thankss girls :)

I get full just from two bites of anything sometimes and its still pretty hard to keep food down. I'll deff go buy some limes &hopefully that helps me. My fiance bought me some crackers but they were chicken flavored, terrible i felt as if i were throwing up chalk. I'll try some saltines tho. Thank y'all ;)

If you are hungry you need to eat. Eat an apple or banana or salad or even crackers. Don't eat a full meal, but eat enough to feed you. While pregnant you do need a little extra food. Because practically your whole body is working to make the baby.
