Very faint line! Please help!!!

Hey everyone!

Ok so I'm 6 days late on my period and I took a test last night.  It was the ClearBlue test and at first I only saw one line (after 2 minutes) but then I looked closer and I thought I saw a faint line that made the cross.  It kept getting a bit clearer over time  but under the 10 minute time mark but it was still really faint.  My aunt told me that it was just the indent of where the indicator was and that it's just a negative test but I really think that it was a positive.... what do you guys think?  Positive or not?  I'm going for a blood test on monday but I really want to know what you think.  Thanks!!!!

or try going to pee on a stick.com they show you the differences between evap lines and positives for the specific test you are using.

if it really was a faint line, a faint is still a positive.  I've had two faint positives now & I'm testing again tomorrow.  Wait a day or two & retest or buy a more sensitive test.  G'luck

Clearblue tests have blue ink and are well known for showing an evap line like your aunt said. I used to get those ALL the time with that test. Best thing to do is try using a different test like a First Response or even the dollar store kind since they are both super sensative and neither ones have the blue dye. You might also want to try a EPT pregnant/not pregnant test that would give you a sure answer. Best of luck I hope you get your BFP! :)
