When should i count day 1 of AF need some help?

I had brown spotting 18th May that turned heavy 20th May, my period is a 32 day cycle.  If i count day 1 as 18th May i am supposed to ovulate tomorrow, but if af was 20th May i ovulate sunday 7th June, which seems more likely?

My partner and i bedded this morning and tonight before he left for work, this morning was fine, but tonight he gave me it from behind TMI i know sorry and i couldn't take it i had a sharp pain in my left side so had to go on my back which was fine.  If we do it everyday until Monday ill this not decrease his sperm count and reduce my chances of conceiving.  I'm stressing i know but i so want this to be my month as i am almost at 2years of ttc.

Thanks every one.  Well we bedded twice on thursday and once tonight i've been having what feel like ovulation cramps so hoping i've caught it, going to bed again tomorrow night and maybe sunday night will wait and see how my partner feels lol.  Again thanks very much

sperm quality isn't as good when bedding every day,it needs time to replenish every other day is ideal.also best day for sex to conceive is actually the day before ovulation,as its there waiting for the egg.I would also go with the 20th spotting isn't counted as your period full flow is.good luck.

Sorry and in answering your question about ovulation since you are not sure, consider them both as your ovulation day just to be on the safe side. Good luck and baby dust to you and us all!!!

Have you considered using an ovulation kit, they sell OTC ones like strips almost like the pregnancy strips that you can you and will tell you when your ovulating, I just ordered some online as they are even cheaper. Try this website.  http://www.early-pregnancy-tests.com

you should have sex every other day before and after ovulation but make sure you have sex on the day you're ovualting because having sex everyday can lower the sperm count. so i;ve been told.
