i was 9 weeks when i had my first u/s and they could just see the babies hearts...we couldn't hear it though. we actually heard them for the first time when i was 13 weeks.
I seen my baby's hb at 61/2 weeks, but not everyone is the same it was with a transvaginal u/s and I heard my baby's hb at 11w 2d with a doppler offcourse.
I just want to hear a heartbeat as it will hopefully calm me down but i will be just like you i wont stop worrying really until i get that baby in my arms! We worry cos we cant get pregnant we worry when we are pregnant we are worriers arent we. I so hope a heartbeat is found though especially after a m/c i think you are more on edge as you tink that its going to happen again as there is no reason why m/c happens in the first place really is there.
lets see, with mine they did a vaginal scan and i saw the heartbeat at 9 weeks... all drs are different, that was the first time i had a vaginal scan done. with my first pregnancy i had all tummy, same with my second (that ended in miscarriage)..its all up to the dr i believe..
i know what you mean, we had a miscarriage 2 years ago, and with this one i worry all the time --and im 6 1/2 months along!! i keep hoping my worries will subside, but everytime i go to the dr i worry they wont hear the heartbeat..its so frusterating..and i feel the baby kick all the time then in puts my mind at ease for a little while, but she has lazy days where i will only feel her at morning and at night, then it makes me nervous until night time when i lay down and she kicks my butt from the inside..LOL
Will they be able to pick this up via tummy scan or will i have to have a vaginal scan do you think? I would love to see a heartbeat it would put my mind at rest a bit more as due to my M/C in Novmber im so nervous and worried that something is wrong.!
they should be able to see the heartbeat at 7 weeks, but please dont panic if they dont see it, some cant see it until 8 weeks along..but by 10 weeks or so you should be able to hear it by doppler, that is the coolest thing ever! i love it everytime i hear my little ones! but its awesome to see the little flicker on the screen the first time!!
I hope they due as that will put my mind at rest a bit more!
If you are 7weeks, they should see a heart beat. But in some case's they havnt........Good Luck
