I am 22 weeks pregnant and I started having what I believe are braxton hicks contractions, this morning. They were painful and it scared me so I called my doctor. She agreed they are probably braxton hicks. They finally went away around 10am. Ever since then my lower back has hurt awful all day long. So bad that it hurts to move and sometimes I have to hold my breath. Any idea of what it is or has anyone experienced this?
It does me the same way when have them then it seems like my back hurts the rest of the day.
