amniotic band and sleep.

Just left doctor, they said they saw an amniotic band and now I'm in full time panic mode . Ftm. Scared to sleep on my side now, because I'm paranoid the baby might get stuck to the band. Help ? What to do ?

Sorry to hear but I don't think panicking will help..jus pray about it and stay calm it could be minor or nothing at all...wat did the doc advise u to do?
