My mom took it with my sister, recommended by her midwife and i did research on it, so i feel at ease taking it and my due date is in 3days. But i would definately recommend doing research and talking to ur dr before hand. I got mine in a natural health store. Took me about 8-10 different phone call to find a store that had both. Im following the instruction by the midwife.
Ive been taking in as instructed all afternoon, so far nothing. Its basically an natural oil from these roots that work together to induce labour. It worked for my mom when her midwife gave it too her, im gonna see if it works for me :) ive been having 2-4mins contractions for too days but not strong enough. I actually dont feel them at all lol so well see how things goes i guess :)
Hi Everyone,
Just a reminder that we encourage you to check with your doctor before trying anything to induce labor. Some things have side affects that can be dangerous to you or baby and we'd hate for something to happen.
Best of luck to you all and you'll be holding your babies in no time!
Steph
I've never used it before but this is what I know about it:
Black cohosh and blue cohosh are two different plants. Used together in a tincture form, they are especially effective at inducing post term labor.
