They are practice contractions. Like the above said they are uncomfortable, not painful. Irregular
They are not serious contracts. As a nurse we tell patients to come even if u r experiencing them. Its just the uterus getting prepared for the big day. If they are really bad talk to your health care provider and do let them know u are experiencing them. Its just a but if practice
Also irregular and unable to be timed. If you start being able to time them drink some water and lay on your left side or take a warm bath if they continue call your dr
